Specializing in plastic injection and silicone rubber compressed molds, we cater to a vast array of needs, including sanitary parts, commodities, household appliances, vehicles, electrical products, garden items, and custom parts. Our expert engineering team, comprising over five seasoned engineers, excels in plastic and rubber mold design, plastic injection molding, and silicone rubber production.
Our Mold Department is equipped with 5 precision CNC and 5 EDM machines, enabling the annual production of 200 to 250 mold sets. The Injection Department boasts 16 injection moulding machines, designed to accommodate diverse customer requirements. Our rigorous quality inspection system employs Quadratic Element Measuring Machines for precise dimension verification.
We seamlessly transition from 3D printing samples to complete product production, adeptly designing molds from your provided 2D/3D drawings or samples.
